Temple

Zuiryuji Temple is a Buddhist temple located in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. It was built to mourn Toshinaga Maeda, the second head of the Maeda family, who built Takaoka Castle and died here. The temple was designated a National Treasure in 1997 for its reputation as a representative temple building of the Edo period. Visitors can deeply appreciate the solemn architectural beauty and the spirit of Zen. We hope you will visit.
